Scope of works:
The purpose of this position is to develop training master plan and materials, plan the delivery, advise the scheme for monitoring, and generate tools for measuring impact at corporate level in accordance with the business units’ needs and priorities.

- Education : Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science or Engineering
- Experience:
- 5 years experience in industrial field operation, particularly in technical or core function aspects
- 2 years experience on the job training and people development - Computer Literate : Computer literacy – data analysis
- Language : Fluency in written and spoken English
- Certified training & learning facilitation
- People and performance management
- Awareness of OHS at the workplace
